Float Pool RN

As a Float Pool RN at TriStar Health, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across multiple hospital units, including med-surg, telemetry, and step-down, adapting quickly to changing acuity and workflows. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, administer medications, coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families. You will uphold safety and infection-control standards, document accurately in the EHR, support new staff, and participate in quality initiatives while embodying TriStar’s patient-first, compassionate culture.
