CarePartners is seeking an Inpatient Hospice Solace Center Registered Nurse to provide expert, compassionate end-of-life care in our dedicated hospice unit. The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments, manage complex pain and symptoms, administer medications and treatments, and ensure comfort and dignity for patients. You will educate and support families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and document care in the EMR.
