Program Director Hematology & Oncology

Bayhealth, the largest healthcare system in central and southern Delaware, is seeking a
Program Director of Hematology & Oncology
to lead its ACGME-accredited fellowship program while maintaining a robust clinical practice.
Opportunity Highlights
Lead a growing Hematology-Oncology Fellowship Program (6 fellows by 2026)
Balanced
70% clinical / 30% administrative and academic
schedule
Work across two modern cancer centers serving a rapidly expanding population
Collaborate with
7 Hematology-Oncology physicians and 6 APPs
Access clinical trials, multidisciplinary cancer care, and Penn Cancer Network resources
General Hematology-Oncology practice with strong APP and inpatient support
EPIC EMR
Leadership Responsibilities
Direct fellowship curriculum, mentorship, and ACGME compliance
Lead program growth, faculty development, and educational initiatives
Participate in institutional and graduate medical education leadership

Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
