Assistant Director of Nursing

Bethesda Health seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our senior care community. This role helps oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care that reflects our faith-based mission. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, supporting care planning and assessments, monitoring clinical quality and regulatory compliance, and partnering with the Director of Nursing on policies, education, and staffing. The Assistant DON collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, supports families, and fosters a culture of compassion, dignity, and respect for residents and team members.
