As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead all aspects of a high-volume retail pharmacy, ensuring safe, accurate dispensing and exceptional patient care. You will supervise and coach pharmacists and technicians, manage scheduling, inventory, and controlled substances, and uphold all state and federal regulations. You’ll provide immunizations, clinical services, and medication counseling while driving quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
