Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
* Active Wisconsin Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
* BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
* Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions for adults and older adults.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills consistent with outpatient practice standards.
