REGISTERED NURSE

Horizons Care Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, resident‑centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will perform assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and document in the EHR while promoting safety, dignity, and comfort. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will support both short‑term rehab and long‑term care residents, coordinate with families, and uphold strong infection control and quality standards.
