Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
PT lic
Home health experience
HCHB experience
Oasis experience
PT Lic to practice in the State of MS
Master‘s

Assignment Details
Shift Days: M-F
Weekend rotation required. Contractor will be off Wednesday before and Wednesday after weekend worked.
