Charge Nurse Emergency Department

Intermountain Health seeks a Charge Nurse for our Emergency Department. This frontline leader coordinates patient flow, assigns nursing staff, and ensures high-quality, evidence-based emergency care. The Charge Nurse mentors RNs, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and supports rapid triage, trauma, and critical care protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring clinical standards, managing resources, resolving patient and family concerns, and promoting a safe environment. This role supports our mission-driven, patient-centered culture through teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced ED setting.
