Hospice Sales Representative

San Antonio, TX | Compensation: $75,000 to $100,000 per year, plus commission where applicable

We are seeking an experienced hospice or home health sales professional to grow referral relationships across the San Antonio and surrounding South Texas markets. This role is well suited to a field based sales producer with established local referral source relationships who understands healthcare service sales, referral development, and consistent account management.

Schedule
Full time, field based role covering the San Antonio, TX market.

Compensation
$75,000 to $100,000 per year.

What You'll Do
The Hospice Sales Representative will develop, expand, and maintain strong referral source relationships across the assigned market, representing hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families, and community partners. This includes identifying new referral opportunities and strengthening existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity, as well as working closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care. The role requires comfort building relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and other healthcare referral sources.

Required Qualifications

• Hospice and/or home health sales experience
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in healthcare, marketing, business development, or referral development
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development, or referral development experience
• Established local referral source contacts in San Antonio and surrounding South Texas markets
• Familiarity with CRM or contact management software
