Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits
• Conduct test drives with customers
• Negotiate sales agreements and finalize transactions
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction
• Attend training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
