Full job description

Hi there! We’re looking for a babysitter for our 3 y.o. who is Deaf and wears cochlear implants. The sitter must have some experience with American Sign Language (ASL), strong initiative in learning new signs, and ability to adjust to Total Communication and Simultaneous Communication. Fluency in ASL is not required. Looking for after school care (3:00-6:00) 3-5 times a week and an occasional weekend engagement. The sitter will supervise playtime, help with snacks, provide some educational activities, assist with toileting, and ensure a safe environment.
