Endocrinology Physician

Fulltime Endocrinologist Position With Nationally Recognized, Non-for-profit Healthcare System in Ohio. Academically Affiliated Position.

Position:

•Join reputable and well-established endocrinology group for full spectrum care

•Academic affiliation including teaching and research is available if desired

•Rare inpatient work, Outpatient clinic is in MOB attached to hospital, 9 exam rooms and support team to assist

•Will be joining three other Endocrinologist, one Nurse Practitioner , a LD, a Diabetes Educator, a MA, and LPN

•Four- or Five-day work week position, with shared 1:3 phone call, rarely ever an inpatient consultation

•Providers average around 20 patients a day, clinic averages 40 new patients a month, and 8 procedures a month

Financial:

•Base salary of $260,000 - $290,000 a year and ability to earn more with wRVUs bonus model

•Balance Scorecard Bonus of $20,000 annually

•Sing on bonus, relocation, $5k CME per year, and $80,000 5-year retention bonus paid out at $16k per year

•Student Loan Reimbursement, Fellowship Stipend, and Ohio Fellowship Loan repayments available

•7 weeks of PTO annually
