Lake Centre for Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in delivering comprehensive rehabilitative care. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs focused on maximizing patient function, mobility, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation.
