Urology Physician

Position Overview

The practice provides comprehensive general Urology services to a primarily adult and middle-to-elderly patient population, with a strong referral base and a mix of outpatient and hospital-based care.

Position Highlights

· General Urology with a mix of outpatient, procedural, and surgical care

· Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with a half-day Friday possible

· Average of 20–25 patients per day

· Very busy established clinic with internal and external referrals

· On-site Ambulatory Surgery Center with new laser equipment

· Access to robotics and laparoscopic surgery at affiliated hospitals

· On-site DEXA, infusion center, and laboratory services

· Supported by 3 APPs, medical assistants, and a dedicated practice manager

Compensation & Benefits

· Base salary: $750,000

· Compensation Model: Salary + Production (RVU-based)

· Partnership Track: Yes (available after Year 1)

Facility Location
South Bend is the unofficial home of Notre Dame University, which is located just north of its city limits. The city takes its name from the St. Joseph River which abruptly changes course midway through its boundaries. South Bend hosts a number of annual and recurrent events that are big draws to the area, including the South Bend Reggae Festival and the World Pulse Festival, both of which attract music fans from all over the nation.
