Location: Lenoir City, Tennessee
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; one-hour lunch; no weekends
Pay Rate: $25-$50 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat rate
Typical Flagged Hours: Minimum expectation of 40 flagged hours per week

865 Autos LLC is seeking an A-Level Automotive Technician in Lenoir City, Tennessee, with advanced diagnostic skills and strong electrical and drivability experience. This flat-rate position pays $25-$50 per flagged hour, with a minimum production expectation of 40 flagged hours per week. The shop has six bays, three lifts, and air conditioning and heat in the bays, providing a more comfortable shop environment year-round. The schedule is Monday-Friday with no weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced automotive diagnostics with a strong focus on electrical and drivability concerns.
Diagnose and repair vehicles across general mechanical and electrical systems.
Perform remove-and-replace repairs, maintenance services, and vehicle inspections.
Handle a workload expected to be approximately 50% diagnostics and 50% maintenance.
Document inspection and repair information through the shop's digital vehicle inspection process.
Add required parts to repair tickets for the appropriate repairs.
Work toward a minimum production expectation of 40 flagged hours per week.
Service domestic, Asian, and European vehicles as work requires.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant automotive technician experience.
Demonstrated A-Level capability; this opening is specifically for an A-Level Automotive Technician.
Advanced automotive diagnostic ability.
Strong experience diagnosing electrical and drivability concerns.
Ability to perform general repair, maintenance, inspections, and advanced diagnostic work.
Experience working across domestic, Asian, and European vehicle platforms.
Digital vehicle inspection experience is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
$25-$50 per flagged hour.
Flat-rate compensation structure.
Minimum production expectation of 40 flagged hours per week.
