Job Description

Focus on overall project management execution and acting as the lead professional on client engagements, to actively contribute to the growth and development of the practice. Act as a project manager on multiple simultaneous client projects and perform business and financial due diligence. Drive complex analytics, financial models and valuation analyses. Strategically analyze and explain historical and projected financial information to drive new business initiatives and successfully execute complex financial valuation of companies, businesses, and securities. Actively engage in client interactions, and networking with prospects to build revenue producing relationships, contributing to the growth and development of the practice. Serve a critical role in presenting comprehensive analyses and conclusions internally and externally to our clients. Mentor Financial Analysts and Associates on the construction of complex financial models, preparation of financial analyses, and development of client presentations.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a closely related field plus 6 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or any finance services-related job titles. 3 years of experience must include: (1) investment banking and valuation (2) financial modeling and building and implementing complex numerical models (3) conducting financial due diligence and analytics (4) preparing reports and presentations including graphic and written sections to internal and external audiences.

Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:



$180,000 - $200,000



Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the service line and location where this position may be filled.
