ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join their team in Burlington and Camden County, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Provide live-in personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands
• Administer medications as directed and within scope of CHHA certification
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
• Follow individualized care plans developed by healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
• Prior experience in home health care, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
• Ability to live on-site with the client for scheduled shifts
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
