<p align="center">Volt is immediately hiring for an <b> CNC Lathe/Mills Machine Operator</b> in Garden Grove, CA</p> <p>As a <b>CNC Machine Operator </b>you will:</p> <p><b>Job Description</b></p> <ul> <li><b>Day to Day Responsibilities</b></li> <li>Operate CNC milling machines according to work instructions and production requirements.</li> <li>Load and unload materials and components into machines.</li> <li>Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency.</li> <li>Inspect finished parts to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.</li> <li>Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions.</li> <li>Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues to supervisors.</li> <li>Maintain accurate production records.</li> <li>Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.</li> <li>Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.</li> <li>Assist with other shop duties as needed.</li> </ul> <p>This is a <b>Full-Time </b>opportunity. </p> <p><b>The ideal candidate will have:</b></p> <p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>Current CNC machine operating experience is required.</li> <li>Experience operating CNC milling machines preferred.</li> <li>Basic understanding of machine shop practices and manufacturing processes.</li> <li>Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and quality.</li> <li>Good attendance and reliability are essential.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> </ul> <p>Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as require. </p> <p><b>Preferred Skills & Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>Excellent oral / written communication</li> <li>Ability to work as a team or independently.</li> </ul> <p><b>Schedule: </b>7:00AM-3:30PM</p> <p><b>Days:</b> Monday through Friday and occasionally overtime on Saturday</p> <p><b>Pay Rate:</b> $25.00</p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
