Retail Associate – CrossFit Store at 2026 Wodapalooza Socal - Huntington Beach

CrossFit is bringing its merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic retail experience at Wodapalooza Socal. We are looking for motivated, fitness-savvy Retail Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent the CrossFit brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Event Details

  • Event Dates (Retail Activation): September 24th - September 27th
  • Shift Hours: 8-hour shift daily, 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Compensation: $200 daily rate
  • Location: Huntington Beach Pier -405 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA 92648

Availability Requirement:
Must be fully available from  September 24th - September 27th

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride
  • Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals, and needs
  • Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits
  • Support event setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
  • Serve as a positive and energetic ambassador of the CrossFit brand and community

What We’re Looking For

  • Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy living
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Additional Information

  • Official CrossFit apparel will be provided for use during scheduled shifts (no footwear)
  • Lunch will be provided during scheduled shifts
  • CrossFit will not provide travel or hotel accommodations
