Physical Therapist

PruittHealth is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients across our continuum of skilled nursing and post-acute services. You will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individualized therapy to restore function, mobility, and independence. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary care team, you will educate patients and families, document progress, and ensure regulatory compliance.
