RN Clinical Manager

Tufts Medical Center seeks an RN Clinical Manager to lead an inpatient nursing team in a renowned academic medical center in Boston. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. You will mentor and develop nurses, support evidence-based practice, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
