The Environmental Services (EVS) Lead oversees daily housekeeping and sanitation operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, customers or guests. This role assists with assisting EVS staff, maintaining quality standards, and supporting training and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist to coordinate daily activities of Environmental Services team members.
  • Ensure all cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed according to company standards and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Assist with training, coaching, new employees.
  • Address employee, customer, or client concerns related to housekeeping services.
  • Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Ensure all team members sign out for the day.
  • Serve as a working lead by performing cleaning duties alongside the team when needed.
