Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Las Palmas Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Medical Oncology unit. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver evidence-based oncology nursing care, oversee daily unit workflow, and support safe chemotherapy and symptom management for adult oncology patients. The coordinator provides clinical leadership to bedside nurses, mentors staff, assists with patient education and discharge planning, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will help drive quality, safety, and performance improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a culture of compassion, teamwork, and professional growth.
