Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.
• High School completion required.
Requirements:
• Local & travel allowed.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: One year of experience performing radiological procedures in a hospital, clinic or physician’s office is preferred.
Required Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a specialized training program in Radiological Technology approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Unit Details: Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures and assists with fluoroscopic and special procedure examinations, including work in CR, Fluoro and DR rooms. Provides portable radiographic imaging in the Emergency Department, Operating Room, PACU and nursing departments. Prepares IV and oral contrast media and administers contrast as needed; follows contrast-reaction response and documentation procedures. Uses PACS, Image Release and a CD burner to monitor workflow, transfer and release images, scan documents, and route records. Uses sterile technique during operating room and radiology procedures and applies ALARA radiation-safety practices.
Shift & Scheduling: Day shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday; an evening shift is scheduled every 3rd weekend.
14 days maximum time off
1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months
