Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in an inpatient setting. In this role, you will evaluate patients recovering from stroke, trauma, surgery, and other complex conditions; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; and help patients regain functional independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document care in the EMR, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
