Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our long-term care and post-acute facility. In this on-site role, you will supervise and mentor nursing staff, oversee daily clinical operations, and ensure person-centered, high-quality care for residents. Responsibilities include staffing, care planning, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
