RN Observation Unit

As an RN in the Observation Unit at TriStar Health, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients requiring short-term monitoring and treatment. You’ll perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, implement care plans, and closely monitor vital signs and clinical status to detect changes early. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to support safe, timely discharges or admissions. You’ll educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, follow all safety and infection-prevention standards, and contribute to quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
