Registered Nurse

Merry Wood Lodge Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility in Butler, AL, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical and personal care to residents. In this role, you’ll assess patient needs, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor changes in condition. You’ll collaborate closely with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and families to support each resident’s dignity, safety, and independence. RNs also supervise staff, document accurately in the EMR, uphold infection control and regulatory standards, and participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives within the Genesis network.
