A well-established, organization with over three decades of industry leadership is seeking an experienced Accounting and Human Resources Administrator. Position Overview

This role is responsible for supporting both accounting and human resources functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial administration along with hands-on HR support experience.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records

Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations

Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking

Process invoices, payments, and expense reports

Payroll Administration

Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations

Track employee hours, benefits, and deductions

Support year-end reporting and required filings

Human Resources Support

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws

Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Coordinate training, benefits administration, and policy updates

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to financial and HR regulations

Prepare reports for leadership and external auditors

Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and employee information

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred

Experience

5+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Human Resources administration

Skills

Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices

Experience with accounting software and HRIS systems (Sage and Paycor preferred)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
