About the Clinicians Workday

The Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner will work scheduled 10 - 12-hour shifts in a 17-bed Emergency Department, independently evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients presenting with a variety of urgent and emergent conditions. Clinicians will work alongside physicians and other APPs in a collaborative coverage model supporting approximately 25,000 - 26,000 ED visits annually. Shift coverage is available during both day and night shifts, with weekday times of 9:30 AM - 9:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 1:30 AM, and weekend times of 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM and 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM. No call responsibilities are associated with this assignment, and neither board certification nor prescriptive authority is required.
