Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and accurately identify vehicle issues
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and manufacturer-recommended repairs
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an outstanding customer experience


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Master Automotive Technician required
  • Master-level diagnostic and repair skills
  • ASE Master Certification and/or Ford certifications are highly preferred
  • Experience with Ford or other major automotive manufacturers is welcome
  • Strong diagnostic, electrical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
