Full job description
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. Home health experience required. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required (client dependent). Current, verifiable professional references and prior home health documentation experience preferred.
