Full job description
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs project coordination for activities within practice development to include DSRIP projects, recruitment and retention, recognition, marketing, contract management, Lean process improvement and other special projects as assigned. Provides solutions to problems, facilitates communication, and serves as a liaison between practice development and key stakeholders as appropriate. Identifies areas that may require improvement.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing or related field is preferred. Minimum of two years experience in project coordination is required. At least two years of working knowledge and experience in Human Resources is highly desired. Experience in event coordination is preferred.
