RN Critical Care Float Pool

UCHealth seeks an experienced RN for our Critical Care Float Pool, providing expert bedside care across ICUs, step-down, and high-acuity units. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, and implement complex nursing care, manage ventilators and vasoactive drips, and respond to emergent situations in diverse clinical settings. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support patients and families, and uphold safety and quality standards.
