Acute Care RN

TriStar Health is seeking an Acute Care RN to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient status, coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation in the EHR, upholding infection prevention and safety protocols, and participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives. RNs support a patient-first culture, precept new staff, and pursue ongoing professional development within a collaborative environment.
