A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Machinists to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating both manual and CNC machines to produce parts that meet customer specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and a safety environment.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and a safety environment.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Set up and operate Manual Machines and CNC Machines, including lathes and mills
- Interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate setup and machining operations.
- Monitor the machining process to ensure parts are produced to drawing and customer specifications.
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and tolerance
- Make necessary adjustments to machines and programs to maintain product quality.
- Work closely with Leadman/Supervisor to ensure priorities are in line and adhere to instructions given each day.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED that can be verified is required; technical or vocational training in machining is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machinist
- Strong understanding of machining principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as part of a team and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
