Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
AZ license required
BLS required
Rehab, SNU and Acute Care experience required
Cerner experience required
Assignment Details
Schedule: Mon-Fri 0800 - 1630
Weekend requirements: 2 weekend requirements Sun-Thu or Tues - Sat
Floating: Will float to acute care as needed
