Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active South Carolina state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or post-acute settings is preferred. Client may require demonstrated proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and care pathways.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior travel therapy experience. Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall risk management. Advanced training in geriatric rehabilitation or vestibular therapy preferred.
