Dedicated Flatbed Driver Overview

  • Steady pay on every mile. Earn 60 CPM on all dispatched miles, with per diem built in: 20CPM of that rate is non-taxable, averaging about $80 per day.*
  • Stop pay that adds up. Earn $25 for the first stop, $50 for the second, and $75 for each stop after, with pickup and delivery included in load pay.*
  • A monthly bonus for running safe. Qualify for the Monthly Safety & Performance Incentive Bonus by running four clean weeks with no accidents, claims, CSA points, citations, or service failures.*
  • Dedicated freight you can count on. Run primarily hub-to-hub on the dedicated PODS account, hauling PODS containers on flatbed trailers between locations with pre-planned dispatch.
