RN PCU Resource Float Pool

UCHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the PCU Resource Float Pool on night shift. In this role, you will provide high-acuity, patient-centered care across multiple progressive care units, adapting quickly to diverse patient populations and clinical needs. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, evidence-based interventions, titration of meds, telemetry monitoring, and prompt response to changes in condition. You’ll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, precept and support staff, and uphold safety, quality, and documentation standards while embracing UCHealth’s culture of learning, innovation, and compassionate care.
