• Shifts: 7 am ‐ 7 pm or 6 pm ‐ 7 am ‐‐ majority of need is nights
• Guaranteed 12 hours per day
• 10 ‐ 12 shifts per month ‐‐ flexible scheduling
• 15 patients per shift
• Inpatient emergency medicine ‐‐ general ER cases
• Newborn deliveries received in ED ‐‐ no L&D department on site
• Intubation comfort required ‐‐ extensive EM experience strongly preferred
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS required ‐‐ NRP highly preferred
