Company Overview 

Universal Intermodal services all major U.S. Ports and Intermodal Rail Ramps and offers domestic door-to-door drayage to and from Ports, Rails, and Customer Facilities. We operate from 40 terminals and eight container yards, providing Chassis, Containers, Drayage, and Services for Imports, Exports, and Domestic moves.

Route M3096 (Missouri/Illinois Collection Route) 

Owner operator (4812) based out of Dearborn. 

2 loads per week. Sunday-Friday. 

Launch from the Dearborn yard on Sunday and Wednesday. Out for 2.5 days at a time.  

Roughly 1,571 miles per trip, over the road.  

5 collection stops Monday-Friday 

$1.40 per mile linehaul, $14 per collection stop after the first stop.  

BEFORE FUEL, you are looking at roughly $4,510.80 per week including stop offs (using 5 stops).  

 

Route M8357 (New York Collection Route) 

Owner operator (4812) based in or around Ithaca NY or Erie PA.  

Roughly 519 miles home daily. 

5 collection stops M,W,F. 

6 collection stops T/TH. 

Relay loaded trailer with driver in Erie PA.  

$1.50 per mile linehaul, $14 per collection stop after the first stop.  

Before fuel, you are looking at roughly $835 per day including stop offs (using 4 stops). 

 

Route M8317 (Pennsylvania/Ohio Collection Route)  

Owner operator (4812) based in or around Lewis Run PA or the Cleveland OH area. 

Roughly 442 miles home daily. 

5 collection stops M,T,W,F. 

6 collection stops TH. 

Relay loaded trailer with driver in Cleaveland area. 

$1.50 per mile linehaul, $14 per collection stop after the first stop.  

Before fuel, you are looking at roughly $720 per day including stop offs (using 4 stops).
