Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited educational program. Active California PTA state license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience delivering care in home health settings preferred. Ability to complete approximately 30 visits per week as a productivity expectation. Reliable transportation for home visits. Mileage reimbursement policy applies.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel or contract PTA experience. Experience with patient education, discharge planning, and home safety assessments.

Assignment Details

5 days per week.
