Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Civil Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 3-6 years of experience in insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, civil litigation, or related areas of law.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional legal services to clients.
Civil Litigation Associate Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to identify legal issues and develop strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases for trial.
- Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to clients.
