Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Meal break: 30 minutes.
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Location Highlights

Montesano offers access to outdoor recreation and small-town living in southwest Washington. Lake Sylvia State Park is about 4 miles from downtown and features hiking trails, fishing, and forested campgrounds. Ocean Shores and the Pacific Coast are roughly 35 miles west, while Olympic National Park visitor areas can be reached in about 90 minutes for hiking and scenic drives.
