Commercial Plumbing Project Manager Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 3+ years experience in construction commercial plumbing project management (leadership role)
  • 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience
  • Experience working in the field, not the GC side
  • Experience with commercial boiler systems, pumps, and hydronic systems
  • Journeyman or Master Plumber license in NH
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Trimble, Project Site, Vista, and Procure
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug testing, if required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders, rooftops, and elevated platforms
  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, crawl, and climb for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying weather and job site conditions
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and service vehicles
