In this role, you will assess patients’ nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide medical nutrition therapy across diverse clinical settings. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to support treatment goals, educate patients and families on dietary management of acute and chronic conditions, and document care in the EMR.
