Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
Effectively manage food and labor costs, full financial responsibility
Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation
Be able to execute a high level of food quality in a high-volume environment

Executive Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

At least 4+ years as an Executive Kitchen Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
Should have strong corporate restaurant systems experience
Excellent communication skills and strong leadership ability
Experience with $8M sales volume or higher
Experience with new restaurant openings a plus!
Strong financial skillset, ability to run highly efficient BOH operations
