Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled, evidence-based therapy services directly under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring adherence to personalized treatment plans.
  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment techniques designed to enhance patient mobility, function, and overall well-being.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy activities as necessary based on observed feedback and clinical observations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and ensure seamless care.
  • Educate patients and their families on appropriate exercises, techniques, and self-care strategies to support recovery outside of the clinic environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Possession of a current California PTA license or actively pursuing licensure.

Compensation and Benefits
